Aggar Micro finance S.C is the first commercial private microfinance licensed in the country on March 18/2004 and started operation in April 2004.
It was initiated by Ethiopian Shareholders to address the “missing middle” as often called i.e. the MSE’s.
The founders envisioned to address both social and profitability objectives.
Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with paid up capital of Birr 4,243,600.00.
Currently its shareholders grew to more than 750, it’s paid up capital to more than 200 million and its total assets to more than 410 million.
Aggar Micro finance S.C would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following positions:
Job title 1: Graduate Trainee
Education Qualifications: College Diploma/TVET Level IV in Accounting or related field.
Work Experience: Graduate in after 2021
Required Qty: 10
After successful completion of Training Period
Workplace: Addis Ababa & out let branch
Job title 2: Branch Manager I
Education Qualifications: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/Management/Economics/ Accounting or related field
Work Experience: 5 /9 years of relevant experience in financial institutions
Required Qty: 5
Workplace: Addis Ababa & out let branch
Job Title 3: Manager, Audit & Risk Department
Education Qualifications: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/Management or related fields of Study
Work Experience: 2/4 years of relevant experience in Banking or Microfinance institution, of which, at least two years shall be in Managerial position Other criteria includes:-
- Risk based internal Audit
- Basic computer application skills and IT
- Shall meet ‘fit and proper criteria’, as stipulated in a microfinance institution directives No. MFI/ 21/2012
- IFRS Knowledge, Implementation & report generation
Salary Negotiable/with attractive Benefit Package
