Ahfa PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Machine Operator
Education and training:
- Controlling Technology Management/General Metal Fabrication & Assembly or related filed Level 4
Experience፡
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
Required skills, knowledge & characteristics
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal at all levels, Attention to detail & accuracy, Strong multi tasked, High level of initiative.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors the proper functioning of production equipment, and initiates work by coordinating subordinate workers,
- Ensuring that there are sufficient quantities and quality of ingredients (raw materials and packaging materials) required for production,
- Reporting to the shift mechanic and electrician and production shift leader for immediate resolution of mechanical and electrical problems encountered during work,
- During the production process, he monitors and controls every hour whether the product is being produced with the correct quality level,
- During the production process, monitor and control that the processing parameters are working properly, and when a problem occurs, inform the shift mechanic, electrician and the production shift leader so that an immediate solution can be taken,
- Preventing damage to production equipment during the production process or otherwise,
- Monitors and controls the production equipment and the room so that it does not get dirty, and also ensures that the materials needed for cleaning are provided and ready,
- upervising workers to take safety precautions during the work process,
- Reports to the immediate supervisor about the production process monitoring report carried out in the shift,
- In addition to recording the problems encountered during the production process in a report form and record, he should verbally explain to his immediate supervisor,
- The production process will not be interrupted due to product storage problems and other related problems,
