We are pleased to announce the launch of its Graduate-Trainees Program for the year 2024–2025. This program is designed to nurture and develop young, talented graduates into future leaders and professionals who will contribute to the company’s growth both at Head Office and Factory Operations.
Lovegrass Agro-Processing Plc Trainees Program would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Trainees Program: 2024–2025 Graduates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of BA/BSc Degree in the relevant field with a Distinction Grade of above 3.00 CGPA.
- Exit Exam Score: Above 60% (Qualified).
- Age: 20–25 years
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Amharic (mandatory).
- Technical & Digital Skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP Systems, IFRS Training, Graphics, Social Media & Digital Marketing skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
- Place of Duty: at HQ in Addis Ababa and at Factory Sites at Sululta.
