Position: Sales Assistant
Qualification
- Degree in any field from recognized university
- CGPA 3 and above
- Fluency in English Language is required and ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
The Sales Assistant will responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales and maintaining an organized and attractive shopping environment.
She will be assisting the customers in their shopping experience and process sales transactions and also provide product information and ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales revenue.
· Greet customers and provide friendly knowledgeable assistance through their shopping journey
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing promotion and services
· Assist customers in locating and selection products offering recommendations
· Maintain a clean and organized shop floors including product display, shelves and promotional materials as per the shop standard
· Alert the supervisor in replenish stock levels collaborate with team members and supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Comply with all the Duty free Shop Polices and Regulations
· Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions and trends and maintain knowledge of current sales promotional activities going on in the outlet and persuade them to purchase
· Foster a positive and customer focused attitude, providing a pleasant and engaging shopping experience for travelers
· Flexible to work in various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
· Follow all safety procedures and guideline to maintain a secure and hazard free environment.
· Should have complete product knowledge of each brand that includes the quality, size and price of each SKU
· Respond to customer questions and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
· Participate in Training provided by company
· Performs other similar tasks as assigned by her immediate supervisor.
