Position 1: Junior Sales Person
Location: Gelan or Akaki
Salary: Negotiable
Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Person is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers, providing product information, and assisting in closing deals to support the company’s sales growth.
Required Qualifications:
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Position 2: Receptionist
Location: Gelan or Akaki
Salary: Negotiable
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a professional first impression to all visitors and callers. Duties include welcoming and assisting guests, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and maintaining a well-organized and secure front desk/lobby area.
Required Qualifications:
BA Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Fluency in Afan Oromo and Amharic is mandatory.
English language proficiency is an advantage.
Position 3: Safety Officer
Location: Gelan or Adama Industrial Park
Salary: Negotiable
Job Summary:
Ensure a safe and fire-incident-free working environment by
Implementing occupational health and safety standards,
Conducting risk assessments and
Promoting fire safety awareness throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:
BSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in Fire Safety is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in occupational health and safety.
Position 4: Cashier and Store Keeper
Location: Gelan/Akaki
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of BA degree in Accounting /Accounting and Finance
Minimum of 3 years related Experience on:
o Handling of financial transactions and reconciliation
o Some experience on management of inventory and stock.
NGOs Experience is preferable
Position 5: Senior Accountant
Location: Gelan/Akaki
As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee and manage financial processes, reporting, and compliance, particularly with respect to donor funding and NGO regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of BA degree in Accounting /Accounting and Finance
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
NGO/CSO sector experience in Ethiopia strongly preferred
Must demonstrate:
Comprehensive understanding of financial procedures specific to NGOs/CSOs
Proven ability to manage accounting systems and donor reporting.
Experience with fund accounting and compliance requirements of the Ethiopian government
Position 6: Junior ICT Officer
Education Level:
BSc Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, BIS, or related fields.
Job Summary
Provides essential support for an organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and service management functions.
Experience: At least 1 year relevant work
Working place: Akaki/Gelan
Salary: Negotiable
Position 7: Safety Officer
Education Level:
Bachelor’s BSc degree in Occupational health and safety/Environmental science/Industrial hygiene, or a related field
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years’ experience on safety Officer
Working place: Gelan or Adama
Salary: Negotiable
