Position 3: Marketing & Customer Service Manager
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies
Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts
Increase brand awareness and market share
Coordinate marketing efforts with sales, finance, Public relation, and operations teams
Oversee marketing budgets, branding, advertising, and promotional activities
Lead and manage the marketing department staff
Job Requirement
Qualifications: BA/Master’s Degree in Marketing or Health Science
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience for Master’s
Degree holder Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience for BA holders
Requirements:
Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise teams as well as communication, and interpersonal skills.
