Position 1: Senior Bid Organizer
BSc or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a consulting and/or construction environment, with a focus on bid and proposal preparation.
Familiarity with procurement procedures of government institutions (e.g., ERA, AACRA) and international donors (e.g., World Bank, AfDB
Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal formatting tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
Position 2: Documentation Clerk
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or BA degree in Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Position 3: Quantity Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience (experiences both in road and building projects)
Proven experience as a Quantity Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Place of Assignment:
Amhara Region – Efrata Gidm (Alala Kebele)
Harar Region – Kiltu (Near Harar City)
Somali Region – Dolo Ado
Position 4: Human Resources Officer (Contract Basis)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years proven experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Position 5: Resident Engineer
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years general professional experience.
At least 4 years of experience specifically in a Resident Engineer role.
Software Skills:
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Eagle Point/In-road Software.
Reporting generating using Excel and MS-Office
