Washington Healthcare PLC would like to invite qualified and interested job seekers to apply for the following vacant position.

Position 1: Head Sales and Marketing

Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Business management, Marketing or Health Science, or
  • Above 12 years or more experience in the marketing and/or sales field In Hospitals referral marketing / sales and 360 Deg Doctor referral Team, Insurance and Corporate sales tie-up
  • Fundamental knowledge of marketing/ sales and Healthcare market
  • Ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a matrix work environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft office,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision
  • Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication.

Position 2: Director – Laboratory Services


Qualification

Essential Desirable : MD in Pathology or a relevant specialty.

: Additional training or certification in sub-specialized areas (e.g., Molecular Pathology, Clinical Microbiology, or Clinical Chemistry). Certification or completion of a 4-day Internal Audit & Quality Management System (QMS) training as per ISO 15189:2012

Experience

Essential : Minimum 15 years of experience in a reputed laboratory or healthcare institution.

Desirable : Prior experience in laboratory leadership roles with demonstrated expertise in managing large-

Position 3: Head – Quality and Compliance

Qualification : BSC/Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

Preferred : Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., NABH Assessor, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CPHQ).

Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital or multi-specialty healthcare environment.

Position 4: Head – Procurement

Qualification : BA/ Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Hospital Administration

Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent)

Experience :10+ years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Minimum 5 years in a senior procurement leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting

Position 5: Head – Pharmacy Services

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).

Preferred : Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Healthcare Management. Certification in Hospital Pharmacy Management or Regulatory Compliance is desirable.

Experience : 10+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy operations. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing pharmacy services in a healthcare setting.

Position 6: Head – IT Services

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred : Master’s Degree in IT Management, Healthcare Informatics, or MBA with IT specialization. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent are desirable.

Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in managing IT services. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.

Position 7: Head – Human Resources

Qualification : BA/ MA in Management

Experience : 10+ years

Position 8: Head – Finance & Accounts

Qualification : BA / Master Degree in Accounting

Experience : 10+ years

Position 9: Chief Operating Officer

Qualification : Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Certification in healthcare leadership (e.g., FACHE or equivalent)

Experience : 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations.

Minimum 5 years in a senior operational role managing medium to large hospitals (50-100 beds) or multi-specialty centers.

Position 10: Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)

Qualification MD with a postgraduate degree in a relevant clinical specialty.

Preferred : Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent.

Additional certifications such as FACHE (Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) or CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) .

Experience : 15+ years of clinical practice and hospital administration experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in a multi-specialty hospital (preferably 50-100 beds)

Position 11: Head Nursing Services

Qualification : Master Degree/ BSC in Nursing

Experience : 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience. Minimum 5 years in a senior nursing management role in a medium-to-large healthcare facility (50-100 beds preferred)

Position 12: Medical/Public health Microbiologist

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Medical or Public Health Microbiology, with 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 15189 standards and laboratory accreditation procedures.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of clinical microbiology, including bacteriology, virology, mycology, and other department professions and analytical thinking and attention to detail.
