Position 1: Office Support Officer
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in office administration, coordination, or general office support.
- Requirement: Experience in public institutions, preferably Islamic faith-based organizations or NGOs. Good organizational and communication skills, ability to manage records and documents, and familiarity with basic office management procedures and administrative support tasks.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Director, Audit and Inspection Commission
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Law, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in auditing, inspection, finance, governance, or oversight functions with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Requirement: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial management, governance, and risk management, In-depth understanding of Ethiopian legal, financial, and administrative frameworks, and familiarity with Sharia-compliant governance and ethical principles is an added advantage.

Position 3: Finance & Administration Officer
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, or office management.
- Requirement: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting, Familiarity with Ethiopian financial, procurement, and administrative regulations Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. And a high level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Position 4: Capacity Building, Research & Development Officer
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, Management, Law, Development Studies, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in capacity building, training, research, institutional development, or audit-related functions.
- Requirement: Strong understanding of auditing, inspection, governance, and accountability systems, Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and adult learning methodologies and Strong research, analytical, and policy writing skills and Familiarity with Ethiopian institutional and regulatory frameworks.

Position 5: Financial & Performance Auditing Officer
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial auditing, performance auditing, internal audit, or external audit.
- Requirement: Experience in public institutions, preferably Islamic faith-based organizations or NGOs, Good understanding of audit standards, internal control systems, and compliance frameworks.

Position 6: Compliance Auditing Officer
Job Requirement
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance auditing, inspection, internal audit, or regulatory oversight.
- Requirement: Experience in public institutions, preferably Islamic faith-based organizations or NGO. Good understanding of audit standards, internal control systems, and compliance frameworks.
