- Educational Background: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Structural Engineering
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in High-rise building construction. Professional License is a must.

Position 2: General Foreman
Job Requirement
- Educational Background: BSc degree, diploma/Level IV/ in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Structural Engineering.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in managing large construction projects is highly desirable.
- Qty: 6

Position 3: Surveyors
Job Requirement
- Educational Background: BSc degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying or a related field. Experience with land development projects is preferred. professional license is a must

Job Requirement

Job Requirement

- Work Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract administration and Bid/Tender/ Preparation within the construction industry. Professional License is a must.

- Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management or project management. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Job Requirement
- Educational Background: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Technology & Structural Engineering
- Work Experience: At least 10/13 years of experience in design and construction work, coordination of construction work, and construction supervision work, with at least 3/5 years of experience in leadership Position. Practicing License is a must.
