Position 1: Junior Liaison Officer
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Position 2: HR Assistant (Law Graduate)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates may apply).
- Good understanding of Ethiopian Labour Law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office).
Position 3: Call for Consultant – Organizational Structure Review
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, or HR consulting.
- Proven experience conducting organizational restructuring assignments.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labour regulations and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
Position 4: Senior Marketer
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized / reputable university
Position 5: Human Resource & Administration Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of HR and Administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
