Position 1: Cashier
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of cashier or cash handling experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
Requirements:
- Cash management or bookkeeping training is an advantage.
- Cash handling and reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, dental clinic, or healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Customer Care or Communication training is an advantage.
- Experience in patient relations.
- Customer complaint resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Appointment scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position 3: Senior Secretary / Executive Secretary
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of executive secretarial or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior management.
Requirements:
- Training in office administration or executive secretarial practice is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Document management skills.
- Meeting coordination and minute-taking experience.
- Business correspondence and scheduling skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Position 4: Senior Customer Service Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Requirements:
- Customer Service or Leadership certification is an advantage.
- Team leadership experience.
- Complaint handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Customer satisfaction measurement and reporting.
- Coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Position 5: Senior Accountant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or private organizations.
Requirements:
- CPA or ACCA (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
- General ledger management.
- Financial statement preparation.
- Payroll administration.
- Tax compliance.
- Budgeting and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Position 6: Finance Manager
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Master’s Degree: 6–8 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience.
Requirements:
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of taxation and IFRS.
- Financial reporting expertise.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
