The hotel is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions.
The Best Western Premier Dynasty is a full service hotel located at the Bole area which is the center of Addis Ababa, the hotel is perfect for business or leisure guests. The hotel has 89 luxurious rooms with different room options with or without a balcony.
The hotel has a meeting facility for all kinds of meetings, a swimming pool, luxurious gym, steam and sauna. All day dining restaurant, lounge bar, lobby bar, and a pastry shop. Our rooms are spacious, and fully carpeted as well as air conditioned.
Best Western Premier Dynasty Hotel would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Sales Executive
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales analysis or a similar role, with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel or data visualization software.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
• Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Requirements
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Work closely with the sales team to track and measure performance against sales targets.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and pricing models.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and efficiency.
• Maintain and update the sales database with accurate information.
• Provide insights and recommendations for sales process optimization.
