Position 1: RECONCILIATION TEAM LEADER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualification: BA/MBA, MA Degree in accounting, accounting and finance & Business Administration.
• Experience: 8(eight) years and above work experience.
• Qty: 2
Knowledge and Skills
• Leading all aspects of the reconciliations team, ensuring strict adherence to existing policies and procedures
• Producing consistently accurate data, timely information, and reports by gathering and analyzing data to ensure financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Overseeing all assigned reconciliations discrepancies, determining most appropriate methods to correct discrepancies and preparing corrections
• Assisting in developing control and reporting systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation processes
• Assessing potential financial or regulatory risk exposure for the Bank and communicating findings to management.
• Administering the reconciliation application, including user management, authorizations, and currency settings.
• Preparing and testing systems application documentation.
• Reviewing and updating reconciliation procedures documentation to ensure they reflect current best practices
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable and very attractive
Position 2: SPARE PART SALES OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualification: BA/master’s degree in marketing management, supply chain management, business administration, auto mechanic and related fields
• Experience: This is a minimum of 2 years’ experience out of which 1year must be in the spare part sales role.
• Qty: 10
Knowledge and Skills
