Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions (AEMFI) would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records and books of accounts
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support audit processes and prepare necessary documentation
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
o Experience in the hotel industry is advantageous
o Experience with Senet Software hotel management software is required
Skills Required
• Peachtree Accounting software mandatory and MS Office
• Good knowledge of accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per the Inclusive hostel salary scale
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
