Position 1: NURSE
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: Degree in Nursing from recognized university/college is required. Specialized certifications are an asset.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of solid work experience in governmental/ recognized private hospitals after graduation is required. Relevant supervisory experience is desired.
• LICENCES/CERTIFICATES: Certificate of computer literacy is desirable.
• LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Fluent in English language conversation, well spoken, read, write, understand English. Another foreign language is desirable.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: Diploma/Degree by Secretarial Science, office management or other related fields,
• Qualification:
o more than 1 year in hotels & typing both Amharic and English.

Position 3: IT OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualification:
o Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience as an IT Officer, IT Support, or similar role (hotel experience is an added advantage)
o Practical working experience with PEDs/ CNET Hotel Management Software
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of basic computer hardware and software support
• Good understanding of computer networking, including LAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and basic troubleshooting
• Familiarity with daily IT operations in a hotel environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to perform off-site IT duties upon management order
• Ability to perform basic design and content creation tasks, including editing photos and videos and creating simple promotional or operational materials using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop. Prior experience supporting hotel marketing or internal communication content is an advantage.
