JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education:
o Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
o COC Level 4 or above (Competency Certification required)
• Qualification:
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant kitchen
o At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

• Good knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen techniques
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene rules
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Physical stamina to stand long hours in hot environments

• Food safety certificate (ServSafe or similar)
