Bios Engineering would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1 – Procurement Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, procurement, Business management, logistics & supply chain management or a similar field preferred.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in procurement officer and related position.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Ethiopian single window (ESW), electronic government procurement (eGP), and other platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
Position 2 – Digital Marketing Management
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Management or a related technical field with 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B IT services, system integration, or technology solutions.
Proven experience in digital strategy, multimedia content creation, and website management within the IT sector.
Proven experience in Graphics Design Tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and similar tools)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
Proficiency in relevant software and analytics tools.

Position 3 – Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in event management, marketing, and communications.
Strong understanding of the IT sector and the East African business environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in English. Amharic and other regional languages are a plus.

Position 4 – Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is required.
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is advantageous
Professional certifications such as IFRS or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are advantageous.
At least 4 years plus relevant accounting experience / Preferably in import, export & ICT sector
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to supervise junior and intermediate accountants and provide leadership
Deadline: March 20th 2025
Position 5 – Human Resource Management Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, management, economics, HRM or any related field is required.
At least 4 years of proven experience as an HRM officer, preferably in import, export & ICT sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRM best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Position 6 – Finance Administration Director
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, public finance management, business administration, public administration, management, economics or another relevant field.
Master’s degree and or relevant certifications is advantageous
At least 5 years of proven experience as finance and administration Manager, preferably in import, export & ICT sector
Excellent experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint, MS word and so on
Experience of general administration work.
Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in team situations.
Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Deadline: April 10th, 2025
Position 7 – Integrated Security System Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, cyber security or any relevant field.
Proven experience as an Integrated System Security Engineer or Team Leader role minimum for 6 years.
Familiarity with cyber security concepts and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Deadline: March 20th 2025
Position 8 – Sales Team Lead
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Engineering (Electrical, computer science, IT or related) background is advantageous
Additional certifications of project management, data analytics are a plus.
Proven working experience in sales and Partnership, or a relevant role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software (Customer Relationships Management) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
