Concern Worldwide would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Qualifications.

Position 1: – Senior Finance Officer

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: BA/MA Degree in Accounting, finance or a related field of studies.

Knowledge of Concern’s major donors’ rules and regulations such as USAID, EU/ECHO,

5 years of relevant experience with the first degree.

3 years of relevant experience plus post graduate degree.

1 year supervisory skill

NGO experience is a plus. Skills Required

Basic managerial skills.

Technical and report writing skills

Computer literate.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Special Skills, Aptitude or Personality Requirements:   

Employment type: Definite period

Salary: USD 807 (it is to be paid in ETB as per an exchange rate of the month)

Work Place: Jigjiga

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: BA degree or college diploma in Accounting, Transport, Logistic, Management and related field of studies

3 years of relevant work experience for Degree holders

5 years relevant work experience for Diploma.

Profound experiences in finance, administration, logistics and HR managements

Computer literate

NGO experiences in Emergency projects is an advantage

Good communication  and  writing skills

Employment Type: Definite period

Salary: USD 439 ( it is to be paid in ETB as per an exchange rate of the month)

Work Place: Tigray Region

Position 3: – Cash, Market & EWEA Technical Advisor

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: BA/MA or equivalent in international studies, economics or other relevant field; MA/S preferred.

Evidence of continual learning on Organizational Development or Learning and Development (e.g. short residential or online courses, leading on special projects in a previous role, additional degree or course etc.).

Minimum of 3 years INGO Experience in a similar capacity.

6 years of relevant experience with the first degree.

4 years of relevant experience plus post graduate degree.

At least 3 years management experience.

NGO experience is a plus.

International relief and development program management experience, in emergency program management.

Previous demonstrated experience in cash or voucher programming, market analysis, Early warning Early Action and coordinating implementation with service providers
