Kuriftu Resorts & Spa, a brand of Boston Partners PLC, is seeking highly motivated Trainee Managers to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates (0 years of experience) to gain in-depth expertise in a specific department and fast-track your path to leadership.

Kuriftu Resorts & Spa would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Qualifications.

Position: Trainee Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management, Accounting and Finance, Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and computational abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow

As a Trainee Manager, you’ll specialize in a particular department (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, Human Resources), gaining comprehensive knowledge of that area’s operations, processes, and challenges. You’ll work closely with experienced department managers and executives, receiving mentorship and guidance to develop your skills and knowledge.

Upon successful completion of the training program, you’ll be assigned to a specific department at one of our resorts, where you’ll continue to apply your newly acquired skills and knowledge. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable opportunities to contribute to the success of the resort and accelerate your career growth.

Through this specialized program, you’ll develop the skills needed to become a future leader, including:

  • Supporting department managers with daily tasks.
  • Understanding in-depth the department’s processes and goals.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Contributing to strategic planning initiatives within your department.
  • Assisting managers in performance evaluations through data analysis and report writing.
  • Tracking business revenue and identifying opportunities for growth within your department.
  • Conducting research to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Creating and delivering impactful presentations.
