Position 1: ERP Specialist Lead
Job Summary
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of ERP systems across the organization.
- Manage ERP project lifecycles: requirements gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
- Collaborate with Managers work unit to align ERP modules with business processes
- Provide strategic leadership to ERP project teams, including mentoring and supervising IT staff and functional managers.
- Ensure ERP system integration with existing applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce ERP governance policies, data security standards, and compliance protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing ERP data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization, licensing, and support.
- Oversee IT infrastructure related to ERP, including servers, databases, and backup systems.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are integrated into ERP operations.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience:
- 3–5 Years (ERP project leadership preferred)
- Proven experience in leading ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong managerial capacity with experience supervising IT teams and managers.
Skills Required
- Deep knowledge of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing).
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.
Salary: Negotiation based on salary history of the candidate
