Position 1: Fleet Officer

Job Requirement

• Qualification: B.Sc.  in Logistics, Transport Management, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements, scheduling, and basic mechanical understanding.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, fleet software, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers and operations staff.
• High integrity and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet management or transport operations, preferably in construction or ready-mix concrete industry.

Position 2: Senior Fleet Officer

Job Requirement

Position 4: Maintenance Head

Job Requirement

• Qualification:B.Sc or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field).
• Strong knowledge of batching plants, concrete mixer trucks, pumps, conveyors, and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of safety procedures, equipment standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience as a cashier or in a similar finance role, preferably in construction or manufacturing.

• Certifications in quality or materials testing (e.g., ACI, ASTM) is preferred
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, or technical sales.

• Industry experience in construction, building materials, or specifically ready-mix concrete is highly advantageous

 Job Requirement

• Qualification:  B.A. in Marketing, Having MBA is a plus.

• Excellent leadership and proven supervisory, team management and coaching skills. Solid knowledge of market research, branding, and digital marketing strategies. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans. High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience: More than 10 years of marketing experience in private sector, of which at least 05 years must be in a managerial position
