Deluxe Properties One Member PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Digital Marketing Support Specialist

About You

Educational Qualification: – BA/BSC Degree in in marketing, business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Work Experiences: – 5 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist position.

Technical Competency

• Understands buyer psychology and marketing funnels
• Knowledge of content Management Tools
• Excellent analytical Skills to understand data, study metrics and align Strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning

Position 2: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About You

Diploma or BA degree in Film Production, Media Communication, Graphic Design, and proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or related filed.

Work Experiences: – Minimum of more than 2 years proven experience as a Professional Video Editor and graphic designer position in Real Estate Business.

Technical Competency

• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and social media trends.
• Strong storytelling abilities and ability to incorporate feedback
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both video editing and design skills.
