Desta PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Junior Human Resource Manager

About the Job

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and hard copy).
  • Manage employment contract documentation and post‑recruitment processes (medical checks, police clearance, insurance, ID cards, work permit and residence id process etc.).
  • Prepare employment support letters
  • Coordinate staff insurance and medical matters, including renewals, policy updates, and communication with providers.
  • Prepare and process medical payments, reimbursements, and external service provider payments.
  • Oversee leave management and ensure leave plans are followed.
  • Monitor the recruitment administration of contracted employees.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and process monthly payroll in the payroll processing tool
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate monthly payroll reporting.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Perform when and as assigned by direct supervisor .

About You

BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Position 2: Deputy Human Resource Manager

About the Job

A Deputy HR Manager supports the HR Manager in overseeing full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Key duties involve executing HR strategies, managing personnel records, assisting in compensation, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Recruitment & Talent: Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet staffing needs.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain updated employee files, and manage HRIS data.
  • Performance & Development: Assist in implementing performance management systems and employee training programs.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop policies, procedures, and departmental budgets

About You

  • Qualification & Experience:- Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management or related Social education
  • Certifications in HR experience
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources role Knowledge & Key Skills, from all experience 3 years as a managerial role
  • Deep understanding of talent market, hiring trends and processes
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HRIS software, and strong organizational skills.
