Position 1: Directorate Director
Job Requirement
- Education: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering (Architectural Engineering is an added advantage)
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management at director level
Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience with BIM, digital delivery tools, and modern project systems
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction contracts (PPA,FIDIC or equivalent)
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large project portfolios
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ethiopian national or qualified expatriate
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Eligibility: Ethiopian nationals & qualified expatriates
Remuneration: Competitive package, commensurate with experience
Location: Headquarters Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Job Requirement
- Education: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
Skills Required
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or digital transformation in construction
- Exposure to EPM, ERP, or integrated project management systems
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Strong financial acumen, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ethiopian national or qualified expatriate
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
