Qualification: BA in English Literature or related field
Experience: 0 up to 5 years and above
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for English language and literature.
- Skill Development: Teach reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Assessment: Grade assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a productive, disciplined, and safe learning environment.
- Student Support: Tutor students individually and adapt methods for different learning abilities.
- Communication: Meet with parents, staff, and administration to discuss student progress.

Position 2: Self Contained Teacher
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Math or any other related field
Experience: 0 up to 5 years and above
Job Description
- Curriculum & Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive, engaging lessons in core subjects in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Assessment & Reporting: Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and classroom work, providing constructive feedback and reporting on progress to parents and administrators.
- Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment with clear behavior expectations.
- Differentiation: Customize instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and special needs within the same classroom.
- Student Support & Care: Serve as the primary point of care for students, providing emotional support, mentoring, and supervising activities, including breaks or lunches.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues, special education staff, and administrators to enhance curriculum and support student needs.

Position 3: KG Main Teacher
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology or any other related field

Job Description
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.

- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Support in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and organizing resources.
- Monitor and support the overall well-being, development, and progress of students.
- Communicate effectively with the lead teacher, parents, and school administration.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Position 5: Math Teacher
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
