The institution relies heavily on state-of-the-art mobile technology to bridge the financial gap for unbanked micro and small-scale businesses, low-income earners, farmers, women, and youth.
Elsabi Micro Finance would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Risk and Compliance Officer
Education/Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the related field.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: Risk and Compliance Head / CEO
Location: Addis Ababa, Main Office
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 2: Branch Cashier/Branch Manager
Education/Qualification:
College Diploma in Accounting or Level IV in Accounting.
Work Experience:
2 years of related work experience.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 3: Saving and Credit Officer
Education/Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting.
Work Experience:
1 year of related work experience.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: SACCO-I / Branch Manager I
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 4: Branch Accountant I/Branch
Education/Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the related field.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: Manager I
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 5: Business Development and Resource Mobilization
Education/Qualification:
MBA/MA or BA/BSc Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance.
Work Experience: 4–6 years of work experience in microfinance, banking, insurance or related fields.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: Manager / CEO
Location: Addis Ababa, Main Office
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 6: Senior Risk and Internal Audit
Education/Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting or Auditing.
Work Experience:
2 years of work experience in microfinance, banking, insurance or related fields.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: Risk and Internal Audit Head / CEO
Location: Addis Ababa, Main Office
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
Position 7: Risk and Internal Audit Head
Education/Qualification:
– BA Degree in Accounting or Auditing.
Work Experience:
3 years of work experience in microfinance, banking, insurance or related fields.
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
Reports To: Board / CEO
Location: Addis Ababa, Main Office
Salary: Competitive salary based on the institution’s scale.
