Position 1: Administrative Assistant
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/10+3/ Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management, any other related fields with 2 years of service in relevant field, preferably in banking industry.
COC is mandatory
Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
Address: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Capital T&D Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields and 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant Officer.
Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
Address: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Human Capital Management Officer
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant Officer.
Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
Address: Addis Ababa,
Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Requirement:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.
Salary: as per the Bank’s scale
Place of Work: Kobo, Dima (Gambela Area), Motta, Kombolcha, Tilili, Merawi, Dangela, Tercha, Doyogena,Dire Dawa, Ambo
