Position 1: BRANCH MANAGER-IV
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Required Educational: BA/BSC/MA/MSC degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields of studies from a recognize higher learning institution
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 8/6 years of work experience for first degree and master’s degree holders respectively; out of which at least 6 years’ experience for BA holders and 4 years’ work experience for master’s degree holders in progressive Branch Manager position and 2 yeas must be as a Branch Manager-III in an insurance company
Insurance experience is preferable
Additional qualities & abilities are required
• Diploma in an insurance is an advantage for branch manager’s position
• plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the overall activities of the Branch.
• Good knowledge of insurance business
• Good analytical and investigation skill
• Good knowledge of risk assessment techniques
• Ability to collect and analyze relevant data
• Basic Knowledge of accounting principles & cash management for cashier-secretary position
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer application skill
• Highly oriented in customer service
• Very high dedication and hard-working capacity

Position 2: BRANCH MANAGER-III
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Required Educational: BA/BSC/MA/MSc degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 7/5 years of work experience for BA and master’s degree holders respectively; out of which at least 4 years’ experience for first degree holders and 2 years’ work experience for master’s degree holders as Branch Manager-II position in an insurance company
Insurance experience is preferable

• Diploma in an insurance is an advantage for branch manager’s position

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 6/4 years of work experience for first degree holders and master’s degree holders respectively; out of which at least 4 years’ experience for BA degree and 2 years’ experience for master’s degree holder in a senior/principal level role or as Branch Manager-I positions in an insurance company

• Experience: A minimum of One and above year work experience as an Underwriting Officer in an insurance company
• Qty: 2
