Ethio Wetlands and Natural Resources Association would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Household Case Workers

About You

• 10 + 2, 10 + 3 completed or relevant certificate level 1 to IV in the areas of social sciences, agricultural extension.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Good record keeping and reporting
• Living in the assigned Community Micro Watershed
• Communicative
• Familiarize with local culture including speaking and writing the local language
• Be known for integrity in the area where he/she wants to work
• Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay at the field
• Know about child and adult abuse, harm and neglect in its different forms and the potential impact on children and adults at risk of harm
• Able to recognize possible signs of child and adult abuse, harm and neglect as this relates to their role
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results for children.
