Position 1: Household Case Workers
About You
- 10 + 2, 10 + 3 completed or relevant certificate level 1 to IV in the areas of social sciences, agricultural extension.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good record keeping and reporting
- Living in the assigned Community Micro Watershed
- Communicative
- Familiarize with local culture including speaking and writing the local language
- Be known for integrity in the area where he/she wants to work
- Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay at the field
- Know about child and adult abuse, harm and neglect in its different forms and the potential impact on children and adults at risk of harm
- Able to recognize possible signs of child and adult abuse, harm and neglect as this relates to their role
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results for children.
