Women Empowerment – Action would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Project Cashier

Educational Qualification and Experience

• BA in Accounting and Finance field with 2 years and above experience.
• A proven skill with computer based financial reporting is a must.
• NGO work experience preferable.

Position 2: Project Coordinator

Job Requirement

• BA/BSC or MA in Public Health and, Development Studies or related fields Studies
• 2 years related work experience for MA and 4 years work experience for BA holders of which 1 year experiences in project coordinator position in NGOs

Position 3: MHPSS Officer

Job Requirements

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/BA/BSC in psychology, sociology or related social fields, Psychiatry, public health or related field, with one year or above for BA/BSC and 3 year and above year experiences for diploma in the position required or related positions.
• REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Good knowledge to Give Awareness Training and Facilitation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Amharic, local language advantage
• Ability to effectively work in a team.
• High level of integrity and honesty, etc.
• A good track of mental health and psychosocial activities.
• Experience of working under pressure and hard environment
• Experience of work in and with crisis affected communities, IDPs, humanitarian programs
• Fluency in Local Dasenech Language is advantageous

Position 4: Project Accountant

Educational Qualification and Experience

• BA in Accounting and Finance field with 4-6 years and above experience.
• A proven skill with computer based financial reporting, budgeting and financial tracking is a must.
• NGO work experience preferable (2-3 years).
