Flintstone Engineering would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0-1 years of accounting experience. Experience in Real Estate or Construction is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IFRS principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous exposure to ERP or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
- Attitude: High level of integrity, a “can-do” attitude, and a strong desire to learn complex real estate accounting.
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills are mandatory. Experience with ERP systems is essential.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex “finance-speak” into clear, actionable insights and communicate among team members is desired.
Position 3: Senior Finance Manager (Managerial Lead & IFRS Expert)
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.A. or Masters in Accounting or Finance.
- Certification: ACCA or CPA is highly preferred due to the technical IFRS. knowledge on real-estate and construction sector is a plus
- Software mastery: Expert-level knowledge of ERP is mandatory. Knowledge on CENET system is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS and Ethiopian Commercial Code/Tax Laws and other technical knowledge is mandatory.
