Pitron Tech Solutions would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Operations Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience (internship acceptable)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Basic Canva skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast learner and proactive
- Available to work full-time
Responsibilities:
- Tech-minded and comfortable working with digital tools
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Energetic and responsible
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Willing to grow into operations or project coordination roles.
Responsibilities:
- Track deadlines and follow up with teams
- Maintain and update project boards and internal trackers
- Prepare documents using Google Docs and Sheets
- Prepare presentations using Google Slides
- Design simple reports and summaries using Canva
- Take meeting minutes and track action items
- Organize and maintain Google Drive folders
Location: Addis Ababa
