Position 1: Human Resource Manager (HRM)
Job Requirement
Education: MA/BA Degree in HR Management/ Management any other relative filed from recognized University
Experience: For MA, at least 6 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) at a service delivery organization. OR For a BA, at least 8 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) at a service delivery organization.
Knowledge and Skill
Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across various sites.
Ability to analyze problems and devise pragmatic solutions, with a strong attention to detail
A solid understanding of Ethiopian labor law is essential.
Possessing proven experience in service delivery organizations is essential.
Deep understanding of operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction and also strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Has good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications, HRMIS, and/or ERP systems
Demonstrates good communication skills in both Amharic and English
Salary:- Org. Scale
