Position 1: Customs Assessor
Job Requirement
Minimum required Skill & Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Review customs documents, calculate duties/taxes, and prepare draft/final ECDs.
Submit ECDs and assessment results for client requests.
Maintain proper filing of customs regulations and documents.
Support Fact preparation, VDD, and related activities.
Provide daily reports and handle customer queries.
Qualifications:
BA degree in Social Science fields
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
Knowledge of customs procedures and familiar with Customs trade portal.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
COC certificate from Customs Commission is an advantage

Position 2: Accountant
Job Requirement
Minimum required Skill & Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate invoices, SOAs, and track customer payments.
Process company expenses (transport, procurement, etc.) and verify related payments.
Record financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with payroll, taxes, financial reports, and audits.
Support purchase reporting and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Position 3: Logistics Officer
Job Requirement
Minimum required Skill & Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure agreements and payment terms are in place before operations.
Coordinate export/import documentation and liaise with shipping agents, transporters, and Djibouti partners.
Monitor operations, resolve issues, and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare reports and maintain proper records/archiving.
Qualifications:
BA degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of logistics operations and documentation.
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills

Position 4: Transport & Fleet Officer
Job Requirement
Minimum required Skill & Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, allocation, and deployment of company trucks.
Monitor fuel, servicing, repairs, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.
Oversee transport schedules, routes, and timely delivery of goods/services.
Control fleet costs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Supervise drivers’ performance and prepare regular fleet performance reports.
Qualifications:
BA degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in fleet/transport management.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and cost control.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and fleet management software).
Good leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
