Position 1: Senior Architect/ Interior designer
Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual and detailed design drawings ,
Work with clients to understand space need ,
Coordinate with engineer and contractors .
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
5-7 years of experience
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit and Sketch up, lumion, Corona ,vray ,portfolio of design work
Workplace: Addis Ababa, Bole Atlas
Position 2: Senior Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
Preparing bile of quantity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ensuring the quality and scalability of products.
Overseeing projects and design plans.
Managing project budgets.
Providing process recommendations.
Generating reports and writing proposals.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
Bachelor’s degree in Engineer
5-7 years of experience
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Ms office
Workplace: Addis Ababa, Bole Atlas
Position 3: Senior Forman
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of workers in construction projects
Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to meet the deadline
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow Resolve conflict
Resolve conflicts and disputes that arise during the project
Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed
Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
About You
5–8 years of experience
Workplace: Addis Ababa, Bole Atlas
Deadline: July 7, 2025
