Position 1: Control and Compliance Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA degree in Accounting /Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Work of Place: Negelle Arsi, Shashamane, Agaro, Jimma, Dambi Dollo, Dire Dawa, Bale Robe, Yabello, Moyale, Harar and Asossa Branches.
Position 2: Senior Cashier
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Work of Place: Finfinne City Branches, Nekemte and Dire Dawa Branches
Position 3: Branch Accountant
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 2 years of relevant banking experience.
Work of Place: Finfinne City Branches Nekemte and Dire Dawa Branches
Position 4: Senior IT Project Management Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study with 4 years of relevant experience.
Work of Place: Head Office
Position 5: Principal IT Project Management Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BSc degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience.
Work of Place: Head Office
Position 6: Principal Accountant
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience, having IFRS training certificate is advantageous
Work of Place: Head Office
Position 7: Principal Planning and Monitoring Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 5 years of relevant experience.
Work of Place: Head Office
Position 8: Principal Strategy and Research Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 5 years of relevant experience as Strategy and Research
Work of Place: Head Office
Position 9: Customer Experience Manager
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/ Business Administration or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience
Work of Place: Dire Dawa, Harar, Asossa , Agaro and Mettu Branches
Position 10: Branch Manager I
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 6 years of relevant banking experience out of which 2 years on supervisory position
Work of Place: Finfinne City Branches, Dire Dawa and Gimbi Branches
