Position 1: National Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across all regions. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

They may manage multiple sales managers or teams and set targets to measure firm Performance. National sales managers build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the firm.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and team management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly team performance monitoring and feedback to ensure timely remedial measures are taken in line with the HR set guidelines,

Identify, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities through various channels,

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and optimizing channel sales performance,

Collaborate effectively with the sales team, channel partners, and other departments to drive growth,

Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and market intelligence to line-manager.

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

At least Six years’ experience in sales Management , or more depending on the position

Sales Track record : A proven record of success in sales, including achieving sales target

Position 3: Human Resource and Administration Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resource and Administration Director to lead our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably in Manufacturing, trading, and real-estate.

Position 4: General Service and property Administration Head

Duties& Responsibility

Responsible to Plan, direct or Coordinate general and administrative service of the company including facilities, planning and maintenance and other office support service.

Manage janitorial services

Responsible for ensuring proper recording and protection of the company’s assets.

Reconcile company’s assets to finance department’s record.

Manage all service Contracts with service contracts with service providing companies and vendors.

Ensure that office Furniture and equipment inventory is regularly updated.

Work closely With Finance Team to ensure an annual Fixed Asset Report is Prepared then updated based on regular inventory count including overseeing the disposes properties.

Generate monthly, Quarterly , six Months & year report

Excellent written & communication skill

Experience:

Minimum 6 and above years of relevant experience on the Related filed out of which 3 years in senior level positio

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field

Age 20-25 Years preferable

Duties & Responsibilities

-Recruit, select, and on bard qualified candidates for various roles across the company or the organization

-Maintain employee records and data according to policy and legal requirements

-Work to ensure the monthly payroll inputs are well-organized and on time salary payments

-Also manage employee documentation and personnel files

-Generate monthly, Quarterly , six Months & year report

-Excellent written & communication skill

-Excellent computer skills in data base management, excel, word, Access etc…

-Ability to manage human resource Activates

Experience

5 years and above relevant work experience out of which 2 years as senior level

Qualification:

BA Degree in Management, Business management or related fields from recognized university

Age 20-25 Years preferable
