Position 1: Field Sales Officer

Job Requirement

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

 Work experience: 0 years of work experience, marketing training

 Desired Skills: Strong work ethic, good communication skills and excellent time management.

 Quantity Required: 50 (Fifty)

Salary: 10,000 Birr

Commission: 4.25% commission

Position 2: Senior Field Sales Officer

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

 Experience: 2 years of experience in real estate sales, able to demonstrate effective sales performance.

 Desired Skills: Strong work ethic, good communication skills and excellent time management.

 Quantity Required: 50 (Fifty)

Salary: 16,000 Birr

Commission: 4.25% commission

Position 3: Sales Coordinator

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field

 Work Experience: 2 years of work experience as Real Estate Sales Coordinator or 4 years of work experience as Real Estate Sales Officer

 Required Skills: Team coordination, leadership, training, strong work culture, good communication skills and excellent time management.

 Required quantity: 9 (nine)

Salary: 25,000 Birr

Commission: 0.9% commission from group sales and 4.25% commission from individual sales

Position 4: Sales Manager

Required Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field

 Experience: 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Coordinator or 2 years or more of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.

 Desired Skills: Strong leadership skills, strong work ethic, team building, training, and excellent time management skills.

 Required quantity: 2 (two)

Salary: 40,000 Birr

Commission: 0.5% commission from group and 4.25 commission from individual sales

Position 5: Finance Director

JOB  SUMMERY

Job Description:

As a Treasury Officer at Tertiary Office, he/she will be responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.

Monitoring and forecasting cash flow positions to ensure funds are available for operational needs.

Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing and investment opportunities.

Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate financial risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rates, and market volatility.

Evaluating and recommending financial products and services to enhance treasury operations.

Developing strategies to optimize working capital and capital structures

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.

Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as finance, accounting, and business units to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.

Managing investment transactions and reviewing investment management fees

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education Background for Treasury Officer:

To qualify for the Treasury Officer position, candidates should possess the following education background:

A Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles.

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Treasury Officer or in a relevant treasury function.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, cash management principles, risk management techniques, and banking operations.

REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

BA degree in secretarial science and office management, marketing and other related field of studies

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as senior secretary, customer service in Real Estate Company.

Proficiency with computer operating systems and software applications of MS Word Ms Excel and Power point etc

Excellent written and spoken communication skills to be evaluated during interviews

Excellent in Internet browsing and social media usage skill;

Ability to communicate information accurately.
