Position 1: Project Coordinator
Education Level:
Masters/ Bachelor degree in civil Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience:
12+ years of working on construction sites as a Project Manager or Technical Director.
Skills:
Strong leadership skills; ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with project management software/tools
Good knowledge of construction processes as well regulatory standards governing them at different levels.
Good negotiation skills when dealing suppliers/contractors relationships maintenance.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously; In depth understanding about quality assurance principles & practices; Knowledgeable in inventory management techniques/systems
Position 2: PMO Director
Level of education:
Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management
Relevant certifications may include but not limited to PMI certified.
Minimum years of experience:
• At least 15 years’ experience in construction project management with at least 5 years at leadership level managing project teams and overseeing PMO functions.
Skills Required
• Strong leadership skills;
• Team building capabilities;
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities;
• In-depth understanding of Agile Waterfall or other methodologies used in projects management systems ;
• Proficient user MS Project software programs designed for managing tasks within a project life cycle ;
• Good problem-solving abilities coupled with astute risk identification/management acumen;
• Ability to work on several different assignments simultaneously whilst prioritizing them accordingly based on their importance levels vis-à-vis achieving desired results within stipulated timelines.
Position 3: Promotions and Public Relations Manager
About the Job
Develop and implement PR and promotion strategies to build and maintain a positive organizational image.
Coordinate media relations, press releases, and public statements.
Organize press conferences, events, and community outreach.
Monitor media coverage and public opinion.
Design and execute promotional campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
Coordinate advertising, branding, and promotional activities.
Track advertising, campaign and promotion activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness and repost on performance.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or marketing; Master’s preferred.
5-8 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
