Position 1: Business Development Analyst
Key Responsibilities
The Business development analyst will work in the business development unit with a crucial goal in researching, analyzing and recommending studies for optimizing existing business/product lines and new business lines product offerings that drive sustainable growth & profitability in alignment with corporate business goals.

Position 2: Executive Assistance for Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO)
Key Responsibilities
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GROUP CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Board of Directors, and executive team and managing the GCEO’s office operations and coordinate and work with Deputy Chief Eruptive Officers (DCEOs), Directors and all concerned, to address issues requiring the GCEO’s attention and compile and propose course of action for final decision.
Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Arrange the GCEO meetings, Prepare meeting minutes with action items for subsequent follow-up and status report and ensuring implementation of agreed item within the specified time frame (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual.
Preparing a summarized data of vital information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; Making travel arrangements and completing expense and mileage reports.
Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Serve as primary point of contact for internal & external clients and stakeholders on matters pertaining to the GCEO.
Handle other assignments/activities as may be given by the GCEO from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements and Qualifications
MA /BA in Office management, Secretarial science, Management or other related field of studies
8/6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate companies.
Ability to extend high level of hospitality creating a positive and well coming environment to guests/ customers visiting the GCEO
Ability to Prepare draft letters, short note and summery of documents to the GCEO
Excellent Written & verbal communication skills

Position 3: Property Management Manager
Key Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing directing, monitoring overseeing and managing all aspects of property management operations that include but not limited to leasing, asset valuation, interior design, landscaping and greenery, providing Property management service to self and 3rd party customers
Manages and oversees the company’s property portfolio which includes commercial and residential buildings, greeneries at city squares and road medians administered by Gift
Leases own residential and commercial buildings, enter into lease agreement and other property-related contracts. Review and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and clauses as needed. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Provides property management and related services to third party customers which includes security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and greenery, etc
JOB REQUIREMENT

MBA/BA degree in Business Administration, or a related field with 08/10 years of relevant working experience
Proven experience in property management including lease and contract management
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively)

Position 4: Senior Secretary
Key Responsibilities
Creating schedules and arranging meetings for senior managers
Providing administrative support to senior management staff such as managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including making reservations and arranging itineraries
Organizing special events such as conferences or company dinners
Handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and routing calls appropriately
JOB REQUIREMENT
Requirements and Qualifications
BA in Office management, Secretarial science or other related field of studies.
6 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate companies.
Excellent communication, organization skills and Attention to the details

Position 5: Graphics Design & Office Assistance
Key Responsibilities
The Graphics design & office assistant will have pivotal role to serve as creative & organizational backbone, supporting the teams in achieving corporate goal

A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Good communication skill
