Position 1:Real Estate Sales & Marketing Officer
Job Summary
• Lead the planning, design and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct market research, to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Manage brand development, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation efforts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and strategic partners
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience as real estate sales agent, strong sales and negotiation skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and strong customer service skills.
Position 2:Real Estate Devt & Marketing Manager
Job Summary
• Lead the planning, design and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion.

Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Urban Planning or a related field (Master’s Degree Preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in real estate development, project management, or marketing within the property sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering property development projects.
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, branding, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
