Job Requirement

Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in body repair methods; Panel replacement, dent repair, welding.
Knowledge of vehicle body structure and chassis.
Skilled in hand/power tools and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and damage diagnosis.
Good communication and teamwork skills

Position 3:Auto Electrician (Diredawa)
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Diploma (10+3) in Auto electricity or related fields. Valid Grade 3 driving license.

Analyzing electrical issues and developing effective solutions.
Adhering to safety procedures when working with electrical systems.
Strong understanding the function and operation of components.
Utilizing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools to identify electrical faults.
Effectively communicating with clients and other technicians.
Staying current with evolving automotive technology.
Strong ability to understand the use of diagnostics and programming of vehicle systems.
Used to access and interpret data from a vehicle’s onboard computer.
The ability to visualize electrical waveforms and diagnose complex issues.

Practical experience working with vehicles

Ability to perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
Adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the workshop environment.

Job Requirement
Qualifications: BSC/BA/ Degree or 10+3 Diploma in Automotive Technology or related technical fields from recognized university/ College.
Experience: Minimum 8/10 years a vehicle service workshop.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for diesel engines, transmission systems, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and technical bulletins.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and workshop software.
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with parts, service advisors and management.
Strong focus on safety, quality control, and efficient job delegation.
Ability to handle customer concerns and explain technical issues clearly.
Solid understanding of workshop KPIs (production, efficiency, comeback rate and etc).
Must be organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft offices, service management system and diagnosis software).
