Hijra Bank would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Position 2: Senior, Architect (Full-Time Contract)
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience:
- Master’s in Architecture 6 years’ experience or Bachelor’s 8 years
- Completed 10 architectural projects on time and within budget.
- Professional Architect License (PPAR) from Ethiopian authority.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and BIM coordination tools
- Experience in preparing drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.
- Ability to support project manager in Bank-side supervision and coordination.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and attention to design quality.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and standards is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, design quality, and architectural aesthetics.

Position 3: Project Manager, (Contract/Freelance Basis)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 12 years in construction project management, including 8 years managing design phase of large-scale projects
- Proven experience in high-rise or large mixed-use buildings (30+ floors preferred).
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and Bank/Owner-side supervision.

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Six years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
