Position 1: Senior Organizational Development Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Organizational Development, Management, or related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Organizational Development Officer-I or in a related position.
The job is dedicated to enhancing the bank’s effectiveness by conducting thorough needs assessments and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative organizational development (OD) interventions that improve the bank’s overall performance.

Position 2: Principal HR Business Partner
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Management, or related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Senior Human Resource Business Partner or in a related position.
To manage different HR activities for district offices and branches within assigned districts and ensure the recruitment and retention of competent and qualified staff in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies, and procedures.

Position 3: Manager, Digital Banking Audit
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6/8 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years must be in Manager, Principal, or equivalent position.
To ensure that digital banking operations comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. The role also ensures the adequacy of internal control systems within digital banking operations.

Position 4: Manager, Asset and Liability Management
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, BCom, Statistics, Financial Modelling, Accounting, or related fields.
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Work Experience
- 6/10 years of relevant experience in balance sheet management and/or investment management environment.
- Good understanding of money market instruments such as cash, bonds, repurchase agreements, and derivative markets.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze market data.
To oversee the bank’s overall banking portfolio, including funding and liquidity management for both local and foreign currencies. The role focuses on developing and managing interest rate risk and maturity profiles, maximizing net interest income while maintaining liquidity, and ensuring that exchange rate risk does not negatively impact the bank’s capital under the direction of the Director of Treasury Management and the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO).
