Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: Two (2) years of related banking experience.
IFB Certification: Advantageous.
Location: Mota, Jawi, Bichena, and Bambasi
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: Three (3) years of related banking experience.
IFB Certification: Advantageous.
Location: Bambasi, Jawi, Bichena, and Dire Dawa
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: Four (4) years of related banking experience.
IFB Certification: Advantageous.
Location: Mota, Jawi, and Bichena
Position 4: Senior, District Digital Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience: Four (4) years of experience, of which two (2) years is in a related area.
IFB Certification: Advantageous.
Location: South District
Position 5: Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of banking operation experience.
IFB Certification: Advantageous.
Location: Woldia, Bambasi, Sherkole, Jawi, and Bichena
Note:
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
