Hijra Bank SC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Call Centre Operator
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
Work Experience:
One (1) year of experience in call Centre
Duty station: Head office
Position 2: Digital Financing Officer I
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of related Banking experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Duty station: Head office
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience:
Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
People required: 4
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Wolkite and Butajira
Position 4: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of banking experience.
IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Number of people required : 6
Duty station: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Manager, Digital Channels
Qualification:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer science ,IS Software engineering or related fields.
Work Experience:
Eight (8) years for Masters and ten(10) years for Bachelor of relevant experience of which (4) years of experience in supervisory positions of Digital Banking. IFB Certification is Advantageous

Training in IFB is Advantageous.
