Position 1: DIC Health Care Provider
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide intensive SBCC including peer session and distribution of tailored SBCC material to FSWs and other KPPs
- Coordinate and conduct local area hotspot mapping and identifying KPP
- Perform HIV risk screening using standard tools
- Conduct community-based KPP focused HIV testing including HCT, self-test and referral linkage for treatment and additional services
- Promote and distribute Condom for KPP
- Provide late-hour services, as well as holiday and weekend prevention and clinical services to DIC beneficiaries.
- Ensures quality of peer-based group discussion in alignment with the national standards
- Organize mini outreach in hotspot areas and conduct awareness-raising sessions on PMTCT, ART, GVB, condom promotion and self-risk assessment for KPP
- Make regular and successful referrals to health centers for ART, TB, GBV services, rape case services, and other complications.
- Ensure that DIC equipment’s and materials including audiovisual equipment are functional and maintained in good situation.
- Ensure that beneficiaries follow the rules and regulations of DIC
- Create a conducive and healthy environment for FSW to access DICs.
- Request, collect and efficiently utilized health commodities from HO/Hubs using standard formats.
- Ensure that the DIC maintains enough stock (equipment, detergent, prevention commodities, health commodity and supplies etc.) and request such materials in advance.
- Capture regular service data using standard registers, DHIS2/MRIS formats both electronically and in hard copies
- Review and Verification of data on the biomedical and behavioral interventions
- Maintain functionality smooth relationship of the referral systems between DICs & network health facilities.
- Create and maintain partnership and collaboration with local stakeholders and partners for effective implementation of the KPP service provision and have a close working relationship with local public and private health facilities
- Coordinate identification & selection of peer Service Providers in collaboration with Regional health bureaus
- Participate in catchment area meetings and facility- community coordination platforms
- Responsible in identifying and documenting success stories and best practices
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the Area Coordinator that includes progress, challenges, and any other issues pertaining to his/her duties.
- Perform other duties assigned by his or her immediate supervisor

Required education and experiences:
Health officer, BSC in nursing or Public Health
Minimum of three years clinical experience, and must have experience and training in comprehensive HIV services, counseling and testing, STI screening, and providing other RH services.
Have a good knowledge and skills in conducting KP mapping, peer sessions, training coordination and facilitation, communication and report writing, and documentation.
NGO experience, specifically experience with KPP HIV combination prevention interventions in general and familiarity with DIC services, will be a plus.
Personal skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and positive professional attitude
Excellent written and communication skills in English and local languages
Ability and great interest to work in team and be good team player

Position 2: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Responsibilities
Create data gathering and aggregating tools at grass root level for every planned activity in the project for appropriate monitoring and evaluation.
Organize scheduled monitoring and evaluation program for insuring the attainment of intended plan.
Follow-up the appropriateness of gathered and aggregated data to meet the required standard for monitoring and evaluation purpose.
Assess quantitative and qualitative plan achievements and measure in relation to input and output of the project and intended objectives.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports of monitoring results with possible suggestions, ways and means to uphold the deficiencies and lagged achievements.
Organize M&E trainings for project officers, outreach workers and project facilitators to enable them have common understanding on M&E system.
Collect exemplary achievements, success stories and experiences for experience sharing and organizational promotion
Record all information/data that are useful for interim and final evaluation and the respective final report.
Work clearly with government signatories in respect to M&E
Carry out other job-related activities when required by the management committee of the organization.

Required education and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Statistics, Population Studies, Economics or related fields with a minimum of 8/10 years relevant experience. Experience in the area of data and service quality assurance and improvement (clinical a plus).
Experience conducting trainings on M&E systems and procedures. Experience at the regional level in monitoring and evaluation, including hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing relationships among partners; Experienced in the use of software packages such as Microsoft Office; knowledge and data analysis skill using statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, EPINFO, and in handling of web-based management systems and databases systems such as MS Access, SQL, DHIS-2 and GIS and mobile data collection
