Position 1: Assistant Managing Director/CEO
Job Requirement
- Qualification: B.A/B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven experience in managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and providing executive-level support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic.
- Professional command of additional local or international languages is an advantage.
- Experience related to translation or communication industries is highly desirable.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Job Requirement
- Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting & Finance fields from Recognized University.
- Experience: Typically, 4+ years’ Experience in Manufacturing, Construction Company, Import & Export or Relevant roles.

Position 3: Deputy General Manager
Job Requirement
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./BA/MA/MBA & above in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management, Leadership, or a field specific to the industry.
- Experience: Typically, 10/12+ years’ Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Import & Export Company, or Relevant roles with a minimum of 6-8 years in a senior executive or managerial level.

Position 4: General Manager
Job Requirement
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./BA/MA/MBA & above in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Leadership, or a field specific to the industry.
- Experience: Typically, 12/14+ years’ Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Import & Export Company, or Relevant roles with a minimum of 8-10 years in a senior executive or managerial level.
