Position 1: Accountant
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accounting.
All applicants are required to meet the following criteria: They are to:

- have love and respect for children and their profession of teaching

- attend regular seminars at the academy to restore educational quality and effectiveness.
Position 2: Counselor
Job Requirement
- Degree In psychology from recognized university/college.
All applicants are required to meet the following criteria: They are to:
- be fluent in English
- have love and respect for children and their profession of teaching
- be endowed with the skills of handling children
- attend regular seminars at the academy to restore educational quality and effectiveness.
Position 3: School Nurse Diploma/BSC
Job Requirement
- Degree in Health from recognized university/college.

Position 4: Librarian
Job Requirement
- BA/BSC Degree from recognized university/college.

Position 5: Secretary BA/ BSC/ Diploma

Position 6: Self contained female teachers at UKG and LKG
Job Requirement
- level, teachers and assistant teachers with BA/BSC Degree from recognized university/college.

Position 7: English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Amharic, Civics, History, Geography, Social Science, Economic, Accounting, PVA (Music), Computer and Physical education teachers

- BA/BSC/B.Ed Degree from recognized university /college.

Position 8: Self contained female teachers at KG 1
Job Requirement
- level with BA/BSC Degree from recognized university/college.

Position 9: Administrators
Job Requirement
- MA/BA/ Degree in educational management or related social science field from recognized university/college with two years and above working experience in private schools.
